1. What this service is

LynkIN is a free URL shortener with basic click tracking. It was built by Nitin Kaushal (Cloud Architect & AI Engineer) as a personal project — partly to learn, partly because short links are genuinely useful.

The service is free. There are no paid tiers or hidden upgrades at the time of writing.

2. Using LynkIN

You may create short links, view click counts, and manage your account at no charge. Please use the service responsibly:

• Do not shorten links to illegal, harmful, phishing, or malware content
• Do not use LynkIN to spam people or mislead them about where a link goes
• Give accurate details when you register
• Understand that links or accounts may be blocked if they are abused

3. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and contact us.

4. Data & privacy

We store the information needed to run the service — your name, phone number, links you create, and click logs. We do not sell your data. Administrators can see account and link data for moderation and support.

5. No guarantees

LynkIN is provided as-is. Links may stop working if the service is down, your account is blocked, or we discontinue the project. Do not rely on it for critical business infrastructure without a backup plan.
